Property Manager position available for 28 units in Torrance near the 405 freeway. Property management experience preferred. Must have an outgoing personality, excellant communications skills with a positive attitude and computer skills. Need to be available part time on site for leasing the units, manage rent collections and inputting the same in the company's property managemnt software, and scheduling maintenance crew and vendors. Will be required to handle all aspects of property management.
