OMG/YAHOO/WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?The ‘90s called … and they actually don’t want this look back. Miley Cyrus let it all hang out in a cropped top and Daisy Dukes (with a flannel shirt tied around her waist) while out with a friend in Los Angeles on Thursday – just one day after she wore almost the exact same outfit. The only difference is that on this day, she didn’t bend over and expose half of her derriere, like she did on Wednesday!
